Building compliance remains the responsibility of the owner / duty holder

Reports and certificates reflect system condition at time of inspection only

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

ADS Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the value of services provided

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems, power issues, misuse or lack of maintenance

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
